any Booking Cancellation Request, the Customer must contact our customer
service by e-mail at : email@example.com.
Apart from the cases mentioned in Article 8.2 of the General Terms and Conditions [SG1], the Customer may cancel his Reservation.
In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, the cleaning costs and city tax will be reimbursed if the cancellation occurs before the arrival in the apartment.
In the event of a cancellation by the Customer, the accommodation costs (total price paid for the nights booked) are refundable in certain cases and according to the following terms:
- Reimbursement of the full price per night if the cancellation occurs within forty-eight (48) hours after the Reservation, provided that the Customer cancels at least seven (7) days before arrival, according to the time indicated in the confirmation e-mail;
- Reimbursement of 50% of the accommodation costs, city tax and cleaning costs if the cancellation occurs more than seven (7) days before arrival in the apartment, according to the date and time indicated in the confirmation e-mail;
- Reimbursement of the city tax and cleaning costs only, if the cancellation takes place less than seven (7) days before the arrival, according to the date and time indicated in the confirmation e-mail;
If the Client arrives in the Apartment but decides to leave before the planned end of stay date, the nights not spent in the Apartment, the cleaning costs and city tax will not be reimbursed.
