For any Booking Cancellation Request, the Customer must contact our customer service by e-mail at : email@example.com. Apart from the cases mentioned in Article 8.2 of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer may cancel his Reservation.
- Reimbursement of the full price per night if the cancellation occurs within forty-eight (48) hours after the Reservation, provided that the Customer cancels at least seven (7) days before arrival, according to the time indicated in the confirmation e-mail;
- No refund of the accommodation costs if the cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days before arrival in the apartment, according to the date and time indicated in the confirmation e-mail;
- - If the Client arrives in the Apartment but decides to leave before the planned end of stay date, the nights not spent in the Apartment, the cleaning costs and city tax will not be reimbursed
