The space
The apartment is ideal for 3 couples, a family or a group of friends as it consists of a comfortable open space that goes with a dining area (+/- 6 pers) and a fully equipped kitchen. Here is what you can find in the property: x3 Bedrooms with Queen size beds (160x200), ensuite bathrooms and TV x2 separate toilet The apartment is fully equipped (Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher...) and linen are of course provided. Air conditioning is available in the living room area and in all bedrooms. At your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels, bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous check-in after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 50% of your damage deposit will be debited.

The property is close to two metro stations: Madeleine & Concorde gathering four subway lines: Line 1, Line 8, Line 12 and Line 14. The nearest parkings are Concorde & Madeleine, less than 10 minutes away.

We are available 24/7 to answer all your questions and assist you during your stay! We are using smart-locks for self check-ins! A few days before your arrival you will receive all instructions and your personal code to access your apartment! We have chosen a self check-in system to offer our guests all the flexibility they need.
Location
Before being this high place where luxury brands are all neighbors, the rue Royale was a residential space. Just next door, there is the famous restaurant Maxim's with its very Art Nouveau facade, but also one of the first Ladurée shops, founded in 1862. Between the Place de la Concorde and the Place de la Madeleine, at No. 25 rue Royale is Cité Berryer, also known as the Royal Village. This charming pedestrian route is the showcase of Parisian chic par excellence. At the crossroads is the famous rue Saint-Honoré. A bit further, there is Place de la Madeleine famous for concentrating the finest and most exclusive food stores and many prestigious theatres and other famous show venues such as Olympia or Théâtre Edouard VII.
